Post-Project Monitoring
We monitor how wildlife and habitats respond after a project - helping you understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what nature needs next.
We provide post-project monitoring to track how wildlife and habitats respond over time. This can include monitoring birds, bats, insects, plants, water quality, or habitat condition.
We work with you to design a monitoring programme that focuses on the species and variables most likely to show change, helping you understand what’s working and where further action might be needed. Techniques we use include fixed-point photography, bird point counts, aquatic invertebrate sampling and habitat condition assessments.
Whether it’s to meet licence or planning conditions, or simply to assess ecological outcomes, our monitoring gives you real-world feedback on how your project is performing for nature.
Monitoring services include:
• Tracks how species and habitats respond to mitigation or enhancement
• Helps assess real ecological outcomes, not just tick boxes
• Identifies successes and highlights what needs changing
• Reporting for funders, planners, or conservation bodies
